Tenor David Horton has recently completed a successful tour with Scottish Opera, understudying the role of Lord Dramaleigh in their critically acclaimed production of Utopia Ltd. in the 2021 season David made solo debuts with English Touring Opera, and also appeared at the International Gilbert and Sullivan Festival in Buxton, where he played Nanki-poo in their Mikado. In 2022 he will be returning to Garsington Opera as an Alvarez Young Artist where he will be making his mainstage debut in the role of Shepherd 2 in their new staging of Monteverdi’s Orfeo.
